Graphic Designer 

Full-Time ON-SITE – Sandy Springs, Georgia 

About the Role 

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality visual content across digital and print channels while leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance workflow efficiency and creative output. This is an ideal position for a mid-level designer with 2-5 years of experience who is passionate about blending traditional design expertise with emerging AI technologies. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and digital ads 

• Assist in creating print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and signage 

• Support the development of brand-consistent visual content across all channels 

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to bring creative briefs to life 

• Prepare and optimize image files for web and print production 

• Maintain organized design files and follow brand guidelines and templates 

• Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews 

• Perform photo editing, retouching, and image manipulation using both traditional tools and AI-assisted workflows 

• Stay current on design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices 

• Explore and integrate AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, generative fill) into creative workflows to accelerate production and ideation 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) 

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition 

• A portfolio demonstrating creative range and attention to detail 

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset 

• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively 

• Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI-powered design and creative tools 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools 

• Familiarity with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) 

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design fundamentals 

• Experience creating content for social media platforms 

• Interest in UX/UI design principles 

• Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E) 

• Familiarity with prompt engineering for visual content and AI-assisted creative workflows
