Graphic Designer
Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a full-time opening for the position of Graphic Designer - P00532 with Strategic Communications.
What You'll Do
The Graphic Designer supports the College's communications and marketing efforts by creating high-quality visual content that advances the institution's brand and strategic goals. This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Designing and producing digital and print materials, including advertising, collateral, publications, event materials, and web graphics, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals.
Developing creative concepts and layouts from idea to final production, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Apply feedback and revisions to design work, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
Collaborating with production vendors to prepare files, review proofs, and ensure the quality and accuracy of final printed materials
Maintaining and organizing digital assets, design files, templates, photography, and archives to ensure accessibility, consistency, and efficiency across projects.
Performing other related duties as assigned.
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
An associate's degree in graphic design, digital media production, or a related field and one (1) year of related professional experience.
Must have professional-level knowledge of industry-standard design software and tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
