Graphic Designer (Cosmetics)

Job Details:

• Location: New York, NY
• Pay: $50-52
• Duration: 6-month contract with the possibility to extend or convert.
• Schedule: Hybrid

In this role, you'll be responsible for creating compelling visual designs that strengthen brand identity across advertising, packaging, merchandising, print, and digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional with experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry who is passionate about delivering high-quality, brand-driven design.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and high-quality visual designs that align with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Design advertising campaigns, product packaging, retail merchandising materials, print collateral, digital assets, and brand communications.
• Create production-ready artwork while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand management, and production teams to execute creative projects from concept through final delivery.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Review and proof creative materials to ensure design accuracy, quality, and production readiness.
• Maintain exceptional attention to typography, color, layout, and overall visual aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience within the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across print, digital, packaging, and branding projects.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of packaging production, print processes, artwork preparation, and file specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, brand-consistent creative.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor degree is strongly preferred.
