- Design and prepare print-ready files for a variety of projects, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
- Perform quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.) to create stunning visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Stay updated on design trends and printing techniques to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in the prepress process, including color correction and file optimization.
- Provide support and training to junior designers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design and prepress production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of printing processes and prepress workflows.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for design.
