- Design and prepare layouts for print and digital projects using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Preflight and set up customer-supplied files for accurate print production.
- Create original designs for marketing collateral, signage, packaging, and promotional products.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Work closely with production staff to ensure designs translate correctly to print and large-format outputs.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
- Provide creative support and solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Education: Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience recommended (if not, a Graphic Design Degree)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).
- Understanding of print processes, color management, file setup, and finishing.
- Knowledge of large-format and digital printing a plus.
- Other Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
