What We're Looking For

Someone who is equal parts designer and technologist - comfortable in traditional Adobe/Figma production workflows but excited to use AI tools to generate and refine vehicle imagery quickly and accurately. You take pride in clean, consistent, dealer-ready output and enjoy solving creative production challenges at scale.

Core Duties

  • Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
  • Partner with the creative, sales, and marketing teams to translate requests into polished, on-brand deliverables.

  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and to the highest degree of quality
  • Provides seamless transition of artistic vision from concept to realized product
  • Builds technically accurate files according to departmental standards and supplied specifications
  • Maintain existing brand guidelines across all creative and graphic materials and contribute to further development of a "best-in-class" organizational brand identity
  • Identifies inconsistencies between creative concept, production file and Company standards, then actively seeks out solutions to keep work moving forward without sacrificing quality or deliverability
  • Create and maintain artwork files and documentation for production on printed mediums, digital distribution, and cross-platform use
  • Develop graphics for use in product illustrations, promotional materials on social media, pre-production mockups, website content, and more
  • Plan and schedule multiple overlapping projects and deliver on time and on budget
  • Exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of the company
  • Have the ability to manage multiple competing and important priorities quickly and effectively communicate back to other stakeholders.
  • Have a strong sense of urgency, integrity and impeccable professionalism.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with graphic art software, applications, and utilization of digital resources
  • Generate AI renders of vehicles to support marketing and sales collateral.
  • Stay current on emerging AI design and generation tools, and recommend ways to improve production workflows.
  • Enthusiastically represent XPEL and present a professional appearance
  • Constantly be learning
  • Have a strong creative problem-solving ability

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience performing production, graphic design functions with a strong demonstrative portfolio or body of work
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools, including Nano Banana, Artlist, Midjourney, and Claude.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design/ Digital Design, Visual Communication, Media, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.
  • Strong sense of trend spotting across all facets of visual communication on a global scale
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - consider combining with next two
  • Ability to work well with others both in-person and across other locations via remote communications
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams
  • Automotive, aftermarket, or dealer-industry design experience is a plus.
