Are you a talented and passionate graphic designer with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing creative ideas to life? Look no further! We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer/Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Sales team to create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various projects.
Develop and execute design concepts based on project requirements and brand guidelines.
Prepare artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production specifications.
Create computer-generated vinyl and/or full-color graphics output that can be weeded, cut and applied, or printed and mounted to a substrate. This may involve various levels of artistic creativity and will ultimately lead to the complete or modified design from customer drawings, files, or exact output of customer-provided design for output to media.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all designs meet our high standards and are error-free.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance your design skills.
Cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics to various substrates.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid understanding of print production processes, including pre-press and file preparation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience in sign production, including vinyl cutting, weeding, and application.
Knowledge of different sign materials, substrates, and installation techniques.
