Graveyard Shift -Molding Supervisor

Ultradent, the global name in oral health is seeking an Molding Supervisor to work Graveyard Shift Sun to Thu 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM in our Molding Manufacturing Department. The Molding Supervisor is responsible for leading a production team, keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and for maintaining a high level of safety/quality.

Job Duties:

• Manages time and attendance of production team

• Maintains communication between departments supporting production

• Establishes and supports pillars; people, safety, quality, delivery, cost while executing production goals

• Assists in setting up production lines and troubleshooting the injection molding process

• Performs root cause analysis and CAPAs

• Maintains and manages 5S in the production areas

• Trains production team on applicable procedures to the production area

• Ensures equipment and work area cleanliness

• Maintains accurate shift reporting

• Ensures documentation, manufacturing areas conform to GMP and Standard Operating Procedures at all times

• Must be a team player

• Assists in the development of employees and procedures

• Works with each employee in the area in performance coaching

• Leads continuous improvement team

Qualifications:

• Team Leadership in a Manufacturing environment preferred

• Team oriented

• Good communicator

• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

• Willing to work overtime when needed

• Ability to work at a fast pace and is multitask talented

• Basic math and writing skills

• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies

• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft office
