Greens Maintenance

Position Overview:

The Greens Maintenance Crew Member is responsible for maintaining the golf course at a high standard of playability and appearance. This role supports daily course maintenance operations, including greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and surrounding grounds-while adhering to safety standards and delivering conditions that enhance the overall member and guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough areasMow greens, tees, and fairways according to established schedules and standardsRake bunkers and maintain sand consistency and presentationAssist with irrigation system operation, hand-watering, and basic repairsEdge, trim, and maintain landscaping around course features and facilitiesSafely operate and maintain golf course maintenance equipment, including mowers, blowers, trimmers, and utility vehiclesClean, fuel, and perform basic inspections of equipment before and after useFollow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and club policiesIdentify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issuesAssist with course setup, including cup cutting, tee marker placement, and course accessoriesSupport special events, tournaments, and outingsMaintain cleanliness and appearance of maintenance facilities and work areasPerform other grounds-related duties as assignedPerform other duties as assigned by leadership

Experience:

Preferred: Golf Course maintenance, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience

Preferred: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with associates and leadership

Schedule:

Days TBDHours vary based on workloadFlexibility required to work early mornings, weekends, holidays or extended hours during peak golf season

Compensation:

$17.50 starting wage

Skills:
