What Youll DoAs a Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for:Operating hand grinders to smooth and finish small iron castings, ensuring accurate and consistent results.Inspecting finished components to verify they meet quality standards.Replacing worn grinding discs or tips to maintain peak performance.Identifying and setting aside defective parts for rework or rejection.Following safety procedures and workplace protocols to maintain a safe environment.Maintaining productivity to meet daily production targets.

What Youll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Manufacturing or grinding experience (not requiredtraining is provided).Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.The ability to stand for the entire shift and perform physically active tasks comfortably.Reliability, good attendance, and a strong work ethic.Comfort working in a manufacturing environment.
