Ground Up Multifamily Assistant Project Manager

Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionOversee the management of project documents, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Participate in project meetings with internal teams, owners, design consultants, and subcontractors. Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and reporting to senior leadership. Coordinate with field staff to ensure effective communication between the office and jobsite. Identify potential risks or delays and proactively assist in developing mitigation strategies.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).3-4+ years of experience in ground-up multifamily or hospitality construction.Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong desire to grow into a Project Manager role within a collaborative and supportive team.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regional team environment
