Job Description

Job TitleJoin a nationally recognized developer with strong growth plans

Job DescriptionOversee all phases of multimillion-dollar projects from preconstruction through delivery. Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial health. Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Lead internal teams and coordinate with subcontractors to meet milestones. Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, inspectors, and trade partners. Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects. Strong financial and contractual management skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred).
