Job Description
Job Summary:We are searching for an individual to be part of our grounds crew. You be would need to be available for 40 hours of work per week with a pay range from $16.50-$18.50 per hr.A successful landscaper at Hidden Valley HOA will provide excellent service while always keeping quality in mind. The ability to use different hand and power tools and equipment is necessary. We are looking for a motivated individual, who is dependable and has reliable transportation. Job Functions:TrimmingMowing lawns, raking and disposal of grass clippings
Shrub and tree trimming
Raking and disposal of leaves
WeedingPlanting of grass seed, flowers, shrubs, and trees
FertilizationGrounds pick-upsRemoval of dead shrubs and trees
Other tasks as assigned by the Superintendent Physical Demands:Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.Physical stamina Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements:Reliable transportation
Ability to be on time for shift
Operate as a part of a team
