Seasonal Grounds Crew MemberRacine Country Club | April–November Are you looking for a seasonal job where you can work outdoors, be part of a great team, and see the results of your effort every day? Racine Country Club is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members to join our team April through November!This is a perfect opportunity for motivated and dependable individuals who enjoy physical work and want to be part of maintaining one of the area’s most beautiful and well-kept golf courses. What You'll DoAs a Seasonal Grounds Crew Member, you'll be a key part of keeping our course in top shape. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
- Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and aerating greens.
- Helping with irrigation maintenance and special landscaping projects.
- Assisting in tournament setups and course enhancements.
- Keeping the course clean and presentable for members and guests.
- Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Can reliably work early mornings (5:00 AM start in summer) and alternate weekends.
- Enjoy physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and show up on time.
- Can lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
- Work well with others and bring a positive attitude every day.
- Have landscaping or groundskeeping experience (a plus, but not required).
- Have a basic understanding of golf course operations (also a plus).
- Pay: $16–$23/hour, based on experience.
- Environment: Work in a scenic, professionally maintained golf course setting.
- Perks: Free golf on most Mondays!
- Experience: Hands-on experience in turf management and golf course maintenance.
- Seasonal Flexibility: Work from now through November, with the potential to return next season.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
