This role supports the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of landscaped areas, common spaces, and exterior facilities. - Clean and maintain outdoor common areas, walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors.
- Remove trash, debris, and hazards from grounds.
- Monitor grounds for safety issues, damage, or maintenance needs and report promptly.
- Support seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, storm cleanup, and planting.
- Perform minor exterior repairs as needed (fencing, signage, outdoor fixtures).
- Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure high-quality site presentation.
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and hand tools.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive grounds.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check is required.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment upkeep
- Customer service mindset when interacting with residents or visitors
