Job Description

Maintenance/Grounds

Pay: $12 - $13

Days: Mon- Fri 7:30am- 4:00pm

Must have valid driver's license

Job Experience:

  • Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaping
  • Trim shrubs, trees, and overgrowth using saws and cutting equipment
  • Maintain gravel, paved areas, fencing, and exterior lighting
  • Perform basic repairs to buildings, doors, fences, gates, and storage units
  • Use hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.) for maintenance and fabrication tasks
  • Identify maintenance issues and report major repair needs to management
  • Assist with unit turnarounds including cleaning, minor repairs, and painting
