Groundskeeper - Anheuser-Busch Williamsburg Brewery

Job Description

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Groundskeeper to support operations at the Anheuser-Busch Williamsburg Brewery.

This role is responsible for maintaining the outdoor grounds, landscaping, and overall appearance of the property. On a daily basis, you will perform tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general site cleanup, helping ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role best suited for someone comfortable working with landscaping equipment and in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
• Operate landscaping equipment such as zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
• Maintain sidewalks, parking lots, and common outdoor areas
• Perform seasonal work including leaf removal and winter weather support (snow/ice removal as needed)
• Assist with planting, fertilizing, and general landscape upkeep
• Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment
• Keep tools and equipment clean and in good working condition
• Follow all safety procedures and report equipment issues

Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance preferred
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical work including walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks
• Strong reliability and attention to detail
• Valid non-commercial driver's license required

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
