About the RoleThe Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and building properly maintained.Position Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to operating and maintaining ride-on equipment to cleans a properly maintain drives streets contiguous to the property, parking facilities, roof tops and thoroughfaresPerforms casual labor or emergency functions at the employer’s direction

Ensures safe operation and storage of equipment required for the jobResponds promptly and courteously to guest and employee request ensuring proper follow up

Promptly reports any maintenance problems with equipment, property or guest needs to a supervisorEmpty grease recovery units

Landscaping all outside groundsResponsible for cleaning biohazardous wasteEssential Functions

Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to work outdoors on a continuous basisMust be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shifts/hours

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75 poundsPhysically capable of using the required equipment and/or tools specific to position

Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast paced environment

Requirements

Must demonstrate good customer service skillsMust possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean record
