Primary mission:

To maintain the exterior of the hotel in excellent condition by performing all necessary services to the unit exterior entrances and platforms.

SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM

Reports to Chief Engineer
Supports special Engineering department in small projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the cleanliness of public areas, unit entrances & walkways 75%
Responsible for minor maintenance 10%
Responsible for minor grounds work 10%
Responsible for recyclables 5%
Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
