• Enhance and beautify our community!

• Build rapport with residents.

• Respond to service needs and make ready schedule.

What we're looking for:

• General interest in custodial and or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment used in grounds keeping, such as blowers and power washers.

• Ability to follow detailed oral/written instructions.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call.

Benefits and Pay Range:

The pay range for this position is $15 - 17.25 per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
