- Mow, trim, and edge lawns and outdoor areas
- Perform seasonal tasks including snow/ice removal and leaf cleanup
- Remove trash and debris from outdoor spaces
- Plant, prune, and maintain landscaping and greenery
- Operate lawn and grounds equipment safely
- Report any hazards or needed repairs
- Work independently and complete tasks according to daily priorities
- Groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license preferred
