You'll work closely with experienced team members, contributing to high-quality work and excellent customer service.What Youll Do As a Groundsperson Laborer, you will be responsible for: Hauling brush, debris, and other materials from job sites to ensure cleanliness and safety. Feeding branches and other materials into chippers, following all safety protocols. Using a chainsaw (training provided) to cut branches and logs in accordance with safety standards. MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE Cleaning up debris and maintaining a safe, organized work environment for the crew. Assisting with job site preparation and other support tasks as needed.What Youll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience working as a groundsperson or laborer in the tree trimming industry is MANDATORY. Chainsaw experience REQUIRED A valid drivers license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. A dependable, safety-conscious attitude and a strong work ethic, with willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Why Join Us in Salem?
