Job Description

Afternoon/evening coverage needed. Saturday morning and early morning availability for potential sub coverage, not necessary though. Personal training also a potential add on to group class hours. Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a consistent product of excellence to members and guests.
  • Warm up classes, explain workout format, including demonstrations, progressions and regressions of each exercise.
  • Supervise and teach technique, provide variations, motivate and encourage clients during workout session.
  • Lead cool-down of various stretches.
  • Promote and advocate Iron Bond Fitness brand and establish strong relationships to grow client base.
  • Have fun, be fun, this is a fun job!
