- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined group fitness workouts
- Provide individualized coaching and correct form as needed
- Demonstrate safe and effective use of all studio equipment
- Educate members on heart rate training principles and performance metrics
- Build a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio culture
- Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA equivalent) — or currently working toward one
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to coach, lead, and engage groups in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive Pay: $40–$95 per class (base pay + bonuses; most coaches earn $70+)

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
