- Lead high-energy, science-based group workouts that combine cardio, strength, and endurance training.
- Deliver personalized coaching cues to help members maximize results while maintaining proper form and safety.
- Use heart-rate-based technology to track performance and motivate members in real time.
- Build strong relationships with members, learning their goals and celebrating their milestones.
- Collaborate with the studio team to create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment.
- Assist in member onboarding, including fitness assessments and equipment orientation.
- Stay current on fitness trends, exercise science, and Orangetheory programming updates.
- A nationally recognized fitness certification (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ACSM, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
- Proven experience leading group fitness classes or personal training sessions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate diverse groups of people.

About Us
Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
