Job Description & Performance ExpectationsJOB DESCRIPTIONA Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate memberswhile creating a fun and inclusive environment.RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONSClass Delivery & Member Experience

Instruct safe and effective exercise classes

Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines

Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed

Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch missionstatementStandards & Compliance

Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag

Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements

Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures

Maintain a professional disposition at all timesThese duties and responsibilities may change at any time.

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
