About the role

Energize your career and inspire others through movement! HealthFitness is seeking passionate part‑time Group Fitness Instructors—including those available to teach one class per week and talented substitute instructors—to join our dynamic fitness team at a leading client site in Boston, MA.

If you love motivating others, bringing positive energy to every class, and creating a welcoming fitness experience, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. 

Minimum Requirements

  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Compensation: $60/hr -$63/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
