Our F45 family is looking for energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic trainers. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Trainer, you will run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day, and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead F45 Training classes
Ensure members are performing exercises safely, using the correct form at all times and offering modifications as needed
Promote an energetic environment and create a culture of family at F45
Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all members
Focus on membership acquisition and retention; including conducting referral/lead generation activities

Qualifications:

Must have Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification through a nationally recognized organization
Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
Motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise
Ability to develop strong relationships with members
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekends

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
