F45 Scarsdale is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, motivating and charismatic fitness professionals to deliver the ultimate F45 experience to our members.
Position Responsibilities:
● Provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions
● Collaborate with Studio Manager and team on daily, weekly and monthly personal & studio goals
● Ensure that ALL members are receiving hands on training and attention during class, performing exercises effectively and safely, while keeping them motivated and encouraged
● Perform and demonstrate all exercises in class with modifications as needed
● Contribute to the F45 culture by facilitating a clean, organized, energetic, and fun fitness studio

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented
● Excellent attention to detail
● Excellent customer service skills with a go-getter mentality
● Punctual and reliable
Experience & Qualifications:
● Current certification from a nationally-accredited fitness program (required)
● Current First Aid & CPR/AED Certification (required)
● 1+ years of personal training and/or group fitness experience (preferred)
● F45 Training experience is a bonus
