What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-energy, world-class F45 workouts
- Build strong relationships that drive retention & referrals
- Execute F45 programming with precision & consistency
- Support studio growth through member engagement & sales
- Uphold & enforce brand standards, systems & culture
- Collaborate with the team to create an elite training environment
What We’re Looking For
- Group fitness or personal training certification (required)
- CPR/AED certification (required)
- Prior coaching experience (preferred)
- Passion for the F45 brand & training methodology
