Job Description

Are you an energetic, people-focused fitness professional who loves coaching and helping others become stronger? F45 Anthem is looking for a Part-Time Certified Personal Trainer to join our team!

THE ROLE

Our trainers lead high-energy, team-based F45 workouts while creating an exceptional member experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

Coaching and motivating members through F45 workouts
Demonstrating exercises with proper form and providing regressions/progressions
Building genuine relationships with members and learning their goals
Creating a welcoming, fun, and connected environment
Conducting goal-oriented consultations with trial members
Supporting member engagement, retention, and studio growth
Assisting with light front-desk responsibilities
Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining a clean studio
Participating in studio events, challenges, and community activities

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Current nationally accredited personal training certification
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Group training experience preferred
F45 experience is a plus, but not required
Strong understanding of functional movement and HIIT-style training
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High energy, positive attitude, and strong people skills
Comfortable coaching and speaking confidently in front of a group
Reliable, professional, and a team player

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
