The Role: Mastering F45 Athletics

Your mission is to deliver the ultimate F45 experience. You won’t just be watching a clock; you’ll be on the floor, eye-to-eye with members, ensuring every session is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert Coaching: Lead world-class F45 workouts, providing real-time form corrections and exercise progressions/regressions.
Member Success: Conduct goal-oriented consultations to help new members integrate into our community.
The F45 Standard: Demonstrate every exercise with perfect form, explaining the science of our functional movement patterns.
Studio Vibe: Foster a welcoming "F45 Family" atmosphere where all fitness levels feel empowered.
Operational Excellence: Maintain an impeccably clean, "studio-ready" environment and ensure equipment is staged perfectly.

Qualifications & Requirements

Certification: Nationally accredited fitness certification required (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or AFAA).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of personal training or group fitness experience.
Safety: Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
Communication: Comfortable with public speaking and commanding a room during F45 demos.
Passion: A solid grasp of biomechanics and the functional training philosophy that defines F45

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
