We are looking for trainers to coach group fitness classes in Huntersville, Mooresville, and Cornelius, NC. You may choose to coach at one or all three locations.

THE POSITION

We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training, coaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through fast-paced workouts
Have the knowledge and ability to teach, guide, and correct exercise form to prevent injuries
Bring your enthusiasm, motivation, and energy make each workout fun, challenging, and motivating

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
1-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer
Energetic and attentive
Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and and resistance training
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with public speaking

CERTIFICATIONS

Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
Must hold or obtain and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
