Now Hiring: Full-Time & Part-Time Group Home Staff (Day & Night Shifts)
Location: Missoula, Montana
$500 Sign-On Bonus
$250 after 3 months and $250 after 6 months of employment

Shifts Available
Day Shift: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 6:00 am- 6:00 pm
Night Shift: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 6:00 pm- 6:00 am
Night Shift: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 6:00 pm-6:00 am
Night Shift: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday 6:00 pm-6:00 am
What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily living activities and personal care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor resident safety and well-being, including overnight support
- Accurately document care and communicate with team members
- Build positive relationships and create a supportive atmosphere

Compensation:$17 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess barriers that affect independent living or community living
- Address communication skills
- Identify and implement symptom management skills
- Develop social support systems
- Cleaning common areas
- Assist with medication distribution
- Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
- Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
- Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
- Be responsible for following the transitional treatment plan developed by the manager
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Complete required documentation promptly
- Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Experience: No Experience necessary
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
