Location: Charleston, SC (Hybrid Remote)Schedule: Full-TimePay Rate: $60,000 – $80,000 annuallyEmployment Type: Full-Time

Overview

Chronic Care Staffing (CCS) is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead and scale our customer acquisition efforts. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with in-person collaboration in Charleston, SC.

As a key driver of growth, you will transform data into actionable strategies, optimize marketing channels, and lead initiatives that directly impact pipeline generation and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Acceleration

Develop and execute strategies to improve organic lead generation (SEO, website optimization)
Manage outbound campaigns including email marketing and webinar coordination
Own conference strategy, including planning, execution, and lead capture
Produce high-quality content (blogs, white papers) leveraging clinical outcome data

Strategic Sales Enablement

Revamp and optimize sales collateral (pitch decks, pricing guides)
Support expansion into new markets (e.g., cardiology, insurance payers)
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials

Data Analytics & AI Implementation

Track and optimize marketing ROI in collaboration with finance leadership
Implement AI tools for outreach automation, lead scoring, and performance tracking
Deliver weekly performance reports on campaign results, conversions, and pipeline growth

Requirements

Must Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
5+ years in a B2B marketing role focused on growth and lead generation (healthcare preferred)
Strong proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Must reside in the Charleston, SC area for hybrid collaboration

Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare or virtual care marketing
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms
