Growth Marketing Manager

The Opportunity (In Office Position Only)

• Cares about cost per booking, booking rate, and revenue, not vanity metrics
• Is comfortable owning performance marketing
• Comes with ideas, not just executes tasks

What You'll Own

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

• Meta Ads
• Google Ads and Local Services Ads
• Yelp
• Email, SMS, and outbound campaigns
• Direct mail and other offline channels as applicable

• Cost per booked appointment
• Lead quality and lead quantity
• ROI and revenue per booking

Marketing Ops & Attribution

• Own lead attribution and tracking across all channels
• Ensure ServiceTitan is clean, accurate, and usable for decision-making
• Manage and improve campaign tagging, call tracking, lead routing, and marketing tool integrations
• Identify and fix broken attribution, data gaps, and reporting inconsistencies

Performance & Optimization

• Track performance across trades, campaigns, and channels
• Report on cost per booked job, ROI, and revenue by source
• Turn insights into action quickly and proactively bring new ideas to improve results

Vendor & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with external vendors and hold them accountable
• Execute internally where it matters most
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, the call center/CSR team, and leadership to fill the dispatch board and improve booking rates

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

• 4–8 years in lead generation, growth, or performance marketing
• Home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (required)
• You've personally built and optimized campaigns, managed budgets, and improved performance over time and you're still energized by doing exactly that
• Strong understanding of paid media for local services, lead tracking, and attribution

You'll Stand Out If You:

• Have managed multiple trades or service lines
• Have fixed complicated attribution or tracking before
• Understand how marketing connects to call center performance and revenue
• Can both execute and think critically about systems and data
• Bring a point of view — you don't wait to be told what to try next

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You've only managed agencies but never executed yourself
• You're ready to step back from execution
• You don't have ServiceTitan experience
• You've never worked in home services

What Success Looks Like

• Lead volume scales across all trades
• Cost per booked appointment improves while maintaining or increasing quality
• Attribution is clean and trusted
• Campaigns are actively managed and continuously improving
• Marketing, sales, and operations are aligned
