Job Summary: The Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the guest experience from pre-arrival through departure, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and all leisure-related guest needs. This hybrid role includes on-site Front Desk and Concierge responsibilities, along with scheduled Call Center shifts both on property and remotely (remote eligibility begins after 90 days). Coordinators provide prompt, professional service by responding to guest inquiries via phone and email, offering resort and area information, booking reservations, and managing call routing. Strong product knowledge, sales acumen, and proficiency in guest-service software applications are essential. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an individual cash bank, anticipating and responding to guest needs, and supporting a variety of administrative and guest-service tasks. Schedule flexibility is required, including overnight relief training, holidays and weekends.

Qualifications:- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in guest-service software applications- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Sales acumen and strong product knowledge- Schedule flexibility including overnight shifts Responsibilities:- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and various leisure-related needs- Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email- Provide resort and area information to guests- Book reservations for guests- Maintain an individual cash bank- Anticipate and respond to guest needs- Support administrative and guest-service tasks- Receive training for overnight relief shifts
