Guest Service Agent (Front Desk Agent)
Element Anaheim Resort & Convention Center – Anaheim, CA
About the Role
We're looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team! You'll be the first point of contact for guests-creating a welcoming experience while managing check-ins, guest requests, and front desk operations.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests and provide fast, friendly check-in/check-out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations and questions
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell when appropriate
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
What We're Looking For
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule (weekends/holidays required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
