As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center at HHLA, we’ll equip you with the tools needed to feel confident working effectively throughout your shift and closing out transactions. Compensation:

$15/hour plus commission and bonuses

Responsibilities:

·      Open/Close the Center

·      Smoothly check Guests in and out

·      Process payments from Guests

·      Ability to sell wax passes and retail products while offering an amazing customer service experience

·      Work well with other team members

·      Consistently have a fun and positive attitude!

Requirements:

·      High school diploma or equivalent

·      1 year of experience in Sales (preferred)

·      1 year of experience in Customer Service (preferred) 

·      Ability to work successfully with others within a team setting

·      Reliable means of transportation
