Job Requirements

We are seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our team at Hampton by Hilton. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and provide information to guests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience in front desk or hospitality roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
• Flexible Schedule.
