Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries about our programs and services.
- Assist with scheduling and confirming beauty service appointments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of guest interactions.
- Address guest concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Undertake administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the university as required.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr.
