Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding our programs and services.
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments for beauty services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and services rendered.
- Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Support administrative tasks as needed based on the operational requirements of the university.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest engagement.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is advantageous.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $14.00 and $15.00/hr.
