  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on technology trends, business implications, investment priorities, and the organizational impact of technology transformation.
  • Build and mature capabilities in portfolio management, program delivery, and value realization to ensure technology investments are prioritized effectively and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop high-performing teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning across IT and digital capabilities.
  • Manage strategic vendors and partners to optimize service delivery, innovation, cost effectiveness, and long-term technology value.

Qualifications:

  • Requires 20+ years as an information technology leader with previous experience in regulated life sciences, biotechnology, or commercial pharmaceutical environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into scalable digital, data, and technology solutions that improve enterprise performance and enable growth
  • Experience assessing, prioritizing, and implementing emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and advanced analytics, in a secure, compliant, and business-relevant manner.

  • Experience establishing governance frameworks for technology and data, with the ability to balance innovation, compliance, and operational control.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and influence executive stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, investment planning, and technology portfolio prioritization.
