Gymnastics Instructor

Bring your energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to our Gymnastics & Ninja programs! We're looking for engaging instructors who love working with kids and enjoy helping them build strength, confidence, and body awareness in a fun, safe environment.

SALARY: $12.00/hr

What You'll Do

• Lead recreational gymnastics and/or ninja classes for preschoolers through teens.
• Teach age-appropriate skills, drills, and obstacle courses.
• Ensure safe spotting, equipment setup, and class flow.
• Make classes fun, encouraging, and supportive for all skill levels.
• Communicate with families, support program goals, and staff and model the YMCA mission.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in gymnastics, ninja-style fitness, tumbling, or youth coaching.
• Friendly, upbeat personality and strong classroom-management skills.
• Ability to teach basic-intermediate skills.
• Reliability and commitment to safety.
