Hand Packaging Technician — Urgently hiring in Springfield!Job Title: Hand Packaging TechnicianPay: $22.35/hour + $0.50 shift differentialHours: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PMStart Date: ASAP Looking for a lifestyle/career benefit? As a Hand Packaging Technician, you'll support daily operations by preparing, packaging, and inspecting products to meet quality standards. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure timely, accurate output in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Do As a Hand Packaging Technician, you will be responsible for
  • Accurately prepare, package, and label products according to specifications.*
  • Complete quality checks, verifying package counts, weights, dates, and visual appearance.*
  • Fold, tape, and label boxes, then stack and move pallets to designated areas using pallet jacks and carts.*
  • Operate equipment including shrink wrap machines and tapers to support workflow.*
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working efficiently in a production setting.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.*
  • Basic math skills for measurements and counting tasks.*
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.*
  • Comfort working in temperature-variable environments.*
  • Steel-toed rubber boots required for safety.
