Key Responsibilities

• Perform general home and commercial property repairs and maintenance.

• Perform minor electrical repairs and fixture replacements when legally permitted and qualified.
• Complete drywall repairs, painting, patching, caulking, and finishing work.
• Repair doors, locks, cabinets, hardware, and other household fixtures.

• Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Travel to multiple job sites and complete assigned work professionally.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, customer service, and job-site safety.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience in handyman services, property maintenance, or general repairs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.
• Must have your own professional tools and equipment.
• Ability to travel up to a 50-mile driving radius from your own home location.
• Willingness to accept assignments throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas within the designated service radius.
• Ability to handle multiple types of repair and maintenance work.
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must be dependable, professional, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Any work requiring a specific license must be performed only by appropriately licensed and qualified personnel.

Compensation and Payment Terms

Weekly Earning Potential: $2,800–$5,500
