Job Description
Overview:New Outlook Landscaping Inc. is hiring for the position of Hardscape and Construction Foreman. For this position, we are looking for an individual who has at least 5 years of hardscape construction experience and 2 or more years as a crew leader/foreman. CDL A, ICPI, and NCMA certifications are a plus and will be factored into compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Construction of Outdoor Living Areas, paver patios, retaining walls, swimming pools, fire pits, and landscape lighting.
- Reading landscape designs and marking out projects.
- Reading grading plans and excavation to correct grades and measurements.
- Leading a team of 2-3 team members to successfully complete a project from start to finish.
- Working and Communicating with Clients.
- Operating Equipment.
- Planting.
- Snow Removal.
Salary/Benefits:
- Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour starting wage.
