Hardscape Construction Crew Foreman

Overview: New Outlook Landscaping Inc. is hiring for the position of Hardscape and Construction Foreman. For this position, we are looking for an individual who has at least 5 years of hardscape construction experience and 2 or more years as a crew leader/foreman. CDL A, ICPI, and NCMA certifications are a plus and will be factored into compensation package. Responsibilities: Construction of Outdoor Living Areas, paver patios, retaining walls, swimming pools, fire pits, and landscape lighting. Reading landscape designs and marking out projects. Reading grading plans and excavation to correct grades and measurements. Leading a team of 2-3 team members to successfully complete a project from start to finish. Working and Communicating with Clients. Operating Equipment. Planting. Snow Removal. Salary/Benefits: Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour starting wage. Job Completion bonuses. Vacation Pay.
