Job Description

Ensure proper incubation parameters (temperature, humidity, ventilation, and turning) are maintainedAssist with staff supervision, equipment performance, and hatchery sanitationEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsMaintain consistent hatch results and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)Minimum 3-5 years of poultry hatchery or poultry production experienceWorking knowledge of hatchery operations, incubation, and chick handlingStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
