Job Description
Haul Truck Driver | Graysville, PA Project Type: Site Development Start Date: ASAP Pay: $21–$25/hour (based on experience) TradeWorX is hiring Advanced Haul Truck Drivers for a high-production site development project near the Pittsburgh area. This role requires experienced operators who can maintain safe, efficient material movement in an active mining/plant environment. Benefits & PTO (TradeWorX)

- 50–60 hours per week expected
- Overtime required
- Operate articulated haul trucks in active plant/site conditions with strict adherence to MSHA standards
- Transport overburden, aggregate, or processed material along designated haul routes
- Maintain production pace while controlling speed, load stability, and safe dump procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-shift and post-shift inspections;document and report mechanical issues immediately
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel, loaders, and supervisors to coordinate safe movement
- Identify and respond to changing ground, weather, and visibility conditions during night operations
- Active MSHA certification (required)
- Advanced-level haul truck operating experience in site development or mining environments
- Proven ability to work night shift and 50–60 hours weekly
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass drug screening
- Strong safety discipline and situational awareness
